By creating an account or using IT Connect, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The IT Connect service
IT Connect helps students discover and apply for industrial-training opportunities and helps participating organizations review and manage candidates. The platform facilitates connections; it is not an employer, school, placement agency, or guarantor of any opportunity.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must meet the legal age requirements in your location and have authority to provide the information you submit. A company representative must be authorized to act for that organization. Supervisors and institutional or government users must use credentials issued or approved for their official role.
3. Accounts and credentials
- Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
- Use only the account and role assigned to you.
- Keep credentials confidential and promptly report suspected compromise.
- Do not create misleading, duplicate, shared, or impersonating accounts.
We may verify account or organization information and restrict access while verification is pending.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse IT Connect, attempt unauthorized access, bypass role restrictions, scrape personal data, distribute malware, harass users, submit fraudulent information, manipulate applications, or use platform information for unrelated marketing or discrimination.
5. Opportunities and applications
Students are responsible for the accuracy of application materials. Companies are responsible for lawful opportunity descriptions, fair review, communication, selection, workplace conditions, and compliance with employment and training requirements. IT Connect does not guarantee placement, candidate quality, response times, compensation, or the conduct of another user.
6. Content and documents
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant IT Connect permission to host, process, display, and share it only as needed to operate the service and complete actions you request. You must have the right to upload the content and must not submit unlawful, infringing, or malicious material.
7. Privacy and security
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. You agree to use personal information obtained through IT Connect only for legitimate training, recruitment, supervision, support, or compliance purposes and to protect it from unauthorized use.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep IT Connect reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, be suspended, or require maintenance. Keep copies of important documents and records you may need independently.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, address security risks, or enforce these terms. You may request account closure through the Help Center, subject to necessary record retention.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, IT Connect is not responsible for indirect losses, missed opportunities, decisions made by users, or conduct occurring outside the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Updates
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated reasonably, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Questions and disputes
Contact us through the Help Center. Explain the issue and include relevant reference information, but do not send passwords or sensitive identification documents unless requested through a secure channel.
